We provide our complete development and distribution platform at no cost. This includes development licenses, distribution rights, and access to our core cloud services. We want to remove every barrier to innovation, allowing you to build your solution without the burden of upfront investment.

Whether you’re a software vendor, an industry expert or an system integrator, it’s your product, built for your customers or users using the BW2 platform.

You can define your own end-user pricing. As a guideline: most ERP software partners follow our pricing recommendation for industry neutral ERP applications which is $100 for Standard, $200 for Pro, $300 for Enterprise version and ~1.5x for industry specific applications. Always per user and month.

BW2 Hosting pricing is based on the size of the database server. You can place as many customers on one server as you want. This price includes all required supporting servers and infrastructure as well as data traffic. BW2 also includes a basic set of cloud services as part of the core BW2 platform as no cost to you.

Highly available and performant

We make sure that your data is always stored in more than one data center and on three different servers. We keep daily backups for at least 30 days. Our storage is optimised for high IOPSand backup storage is included in the price.
